Everyday computer problems
Microtron offers assistance with everyday private and business computer problems. We can talk to you by phone and view your computer screen remotely. In many cases a call out can be avoided, but that service is also offered in the Hamilton area.
Problems with the use of software can be catered for in most cases, along with installation and setting up software for new procedures. Printer installation is also possible but access to the Internet modem may be necessary.
Software and hardware issues with operating systems (Windows or Linux and in some cases Apple) may also be diagnosed, and dealt with if required and feasible.
