Job Sheets
Microtron offers a service to provide customized Jobsheet programs. A Jobsheet can include photos, descriptions, a record of actions, customer ID and if needed Agent ID. There can also be an invoicing module that includes a customised invoice layout. Convenient searching windows are also provided. A webcam can be used for taking instant photographs or files from a camera can be used.
Jobsheet data is collected in a database this can be done Internet wide, on a local network only or using virtual private network access for specific remotely located machines.
